Yes, as systems change overtime ETL processes and pipelines need to be changed to adapt to those source system changes too.
No, our service is modelled as your data department. We expect businesses to grow and change systems over time. As long as you have an active DDaaS agreement all new development will be included in the current price.
If you want a data migration project to move data from an old CRM system to a new CRM system or an old finance system to a new finance system that would be a separate project cost and is not included in DDaaS. Data migration projects like this can take 6 months to multiple years depending on the requirement, the type of system that is being migrated and how many years /how much data is in scope for the project.
