Design, implementation, management and support of your data quality platform. This includes creating your platform from scratch using Soda.io or taking on the management, support and future development of another existing platform.
The typical roles you would use to enable data observability are as follows:- Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst. They design and build data pipelines, manage and monitor your data flowing through your business and use it to generate reports.
The primary technology we use is Soda.io but there are many others that do the same or similar things. If you are already using another technology we will most likely know what it is and how to use it.
No, software licensing costs are not included as part of the service but for greenfield implementations we can bundle the costs together to keep billing simple.

Yes, as systems change overtime ETL processes and pipelines need to be changed to adapt to those source system changes too. If your data engineers are adding additional pipelines we can include those in your data quality platform too.
Data migration projects can be costly. Anything that can be done before the data migration kicks off will reduce the amount of back and forth managing and fixing data issues. Data observability should be a standard process run at all times but if you do not currently do it and you have a migration coming up DOaaS can save you time and money.
If you need a data migration project to move data from an old CRM/ERP system to a new CRM/ERP system or an old finance system to a new finance system that would be a separate project cost and is not included in DOaaS. Data migration projects like this can take 6 months to multiple years depending on the requirement, the type of system that is being migrated and how many years / how much data is in scope for the project.
